When you want higher chat limits, unlimited web searches with unlimited results, and CSV export. Pro is $30 per month per person, or $24 per month billed yearly.

What's the difference between Pro and Team?

Same price per seat. Team puts a group's Pro on one bill: assign seats to specific members, buy API credits for the group, track per-member usage, and get a single invoice.

Does everyone on my team need a paid seat?

No. Only the people doing the searching need Pro seats. Teammates who join the group just to share their connections stay on the free plan, and every search still draws on the whole group's network.
