Mind Guard connects with more than 700 tools, including Slack, Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace, to analyze workflows, identify friction, and activate AI agents that enhance performance. Yair’s work bridges behavioral science, data, and automation to help companies move beyond AI theater and achieve true operational clarity. He has collaborated with experts from MIT, Google, Slack, and Microsoft, guiding teams to design systems where people and AI agents work smarter together. Before founding Mind Guard, Yair led two successful ventures: Safe Lane, a nationwide road safety initiative supported by government partners and more than 100,000 volunteers, and Voiceable, a Nielsen-backed communication analytics startup recognized by Google for its innovation potential.
