Radu B. Rusu

Radu B. Rusu is a highly accomplished computer scientist with extensive expertise in 3D perception, computer vision, and robotics. He is the creator of the widely used Point Cloud Library (PCL), an open-source project that significantly advanced 3D data processing, for which he received the Open Source Software (OSS) World Challenge in 2011 and the IEEE RAS Early Career Award in 2013.
