I am currently a Software Engineer Intern at Locus, where I build production-grade backend systems that power a 1B+ delivery platform. I design and implement scalable REST APIs and modular backend architectures using Node.js and TypeScript, and I deploy services on AWS with a config-driven approach. My work focuses on workflow orchestration, automation, and runtime reliability — integrating SSE-based real-time monitoring and telemetry to provide teams with operational visibility and faster incident response. I own end-to-end backend features, optimizing database queries, improving throughput and latency, and delivering measurable performance gains across core services. I also build AI-enabled backend pipelines and infrastructure for semantic search, agent execution, and GenAI-powered features, applying vector stores and model orchestration where it improves product value. Previously, I shipped observability and internal developer platform work that reduced debugging cycles and improved service-level reliability. I have a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and system design, and I maintain competitive-programming practice to keep my problem-solving sharp. I enjoy taking ownership of complex systems — from API design and data modeling to deployment and monitoring — and I look for opportunities to build scalable, reliable products that solve real user problems. I am particularly interested in backend and AI infrastructure roles where I can apply systems thinking and production engineering to scale real-world products.
