About
Russian immigrant. First stop: Mississippi. I came to the US to study at an HBCU. I was a white kid on a diversity scholarship. Ran a milkshake business in college, then needed the work visa so got a corporate job after graduation, and started two companies on the side. One took off. Then crashed. Then took off again. Then crashed again. You know how this goes. That one eventually became a booze delivery company I spent a decade building. Exited in 2024. Watched WeWork collapse from the sidelines and kept thinking: the problem they identified was real, too bad it didn’t materialize. So after getting sick of remote work, I started Resident Company Club, a members-only coworking space for serious companies in Manhattan. Took me 5 years to hit $1M ARR in my last business. This one took 3 months. If you like to hear more about IRL, communities, coworking, remote work, and occasional random thoughts, I may be your guy for those insights.
