Brian Gould is a highly experienced commercial real estate finance professional with over 23 years in the industry, having closed over $10 billion in financings across various property types. He currently serves as a Managing Director on the mortgage banking platform at Berkadia in the Washington D.C. Prior to joining Berkadia, Brian held leadership roles at Chatham Financial and JBG SMITH, significantly contributing to capital advisory and overseeing substantial financing needs. At Chatham Financial, he led a new CRE capital advisory team, sourcing over $1.5 billion in financings. During his nine years at JBG SMITH, he managed over $1 billion in annual financings, secured over $2 billion in multifamily construction loans, and was instrumental in the $1.4 billion credit facility for JBG SMITH's formation, earning the 2013 Washington Business Journal Financing of the Year award for the Fort Totten Square construction loan. berkadia+3
