I’m an HR Generalist with hands-on experience across the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, payroll, compliance, and HR systems implementation. I’ve worked on both IT and Non-IT hiring, managed end-to-end onboarding processes, and ensured seamless employee lifecycle management. A significant part of my experience lies in payroll and compliance—handling payroll for 5000+ employees, managing statutory components like PF, ESIC, PT, and ensuring accuracy through reconciliation. I’ve also been involved in implementing and optimizing HRMS platforms such as ADP, GreytHR, and Zoho to improve operational efficiency. I bring exposure to multi-entity HR operations, where maintaining standardization and compliance across organizations is critical. My work has also included supporting ISO standards and SOC 2 audits, ensuring HR processes align with security and quality frameworks. With a strong focus on HR analytics and reporting, I leverage data to support workforce planning and decision-making. I’m particularly interested in building efficient, compliant, and scalable HR processes that create a positive employee experience while supporting business goals.
