At Reliance Industries, I managed procurement across 52+ locations, led a 3-person team, and delivered ₹7.9 Crore in cost savings — not by cutting corners, but by building systems that lasted. I learned that organizations don't fail because of strategy. They fail because people, processes, and culture are misaligned.
