Sreela Sreedharan

Working at the intersection of counselling practice and psychology education, my professional journey centers on understanding how people make sense of their experiences and relationships. As a Psychologist and Educator at Therapy Tattva, I engage in therapeutic work while also supervising and mentoring psychology students. Supporting students in developing clinical thinking, ethical awareness, and reflective practice is an integral part of my work. My practice extends across developmental stages and relational contexts, allowing me to approach mental health concerns with sensitivity to life transitions, social environments, and systemic influences. I value a structured and evidence-informed approach to counselling, while ensuring that the therapeutic space remains collaborative and grounded in empathy. I am particularly passionate about bridging research and practice, and contributing to a mental health space that is preventive, accessible, and developmentally informed. My broader vision is to contribute to a mental health ecosystem, encourage critical thinking, emotional growth, and sustainable change.
