I am an HR Generalist & Business Partner with around 9 years of hands-on & strategic experience in FMCG and Packaging Industry. Beginning my career as a Labour Welfare Officer in one of the largest Plant of PepsiCo, I have successfully led HR for Factory/Manufacturing units, Sales region, Corporate functions & Business at the country level fueled with the drive to improve overall HR experience for all stakeholders. My current role encompasses leading HR and collaborating with business in understanding the people imperatives critical for business success and delivering the same through a wide spectrum of HR interventions.
