Over the years, I've worked across India, Southeast Asia, Japan, and Europe in operating, business building, GTM, partnerships, and growth leadership. Every company, market, and founder taught me something different, but one thing has stayed constant: growth is never just about strategy. It's about execution. Today, I lead IncrementumX, where we help companies scale through better GTM, partnerships, people, and execution. I also work as an Operator Investor with Seed to Pre-Series A startups. I prefer getting involved early, when founders have built something promising and are looking for the right partner to help them grow. My role goes beyond investing, and I enjoy working closely with founders on GTM, market expansion, hiring, partnerships, and solving the challenges that come with building a business. I'm also the co-host of Building in India, where we have honest conversations with founders, operators, and investors about what it really takes to build great companies from India.
