I am a GAICD-qualified leader with experience as CEO, strategic advisor, and system reform advocate. My career has centred on strengthening health and education systems through scalable models that advance equity, innovation, and sustainable impact. As CEO of GPEx, I led with a values-driven and adaptive approach during a time of transformation as GPEx established a diversified portfolio in lifelong learning, workforce planning, evaluation, and shared-care models. I now apply this experience in board, advisory, and project roles at the intersection of governance, strategy, and reform. Informed by both executive leadership and lived experience, I bring system insight with a human lens, able to hold complexity, navigate uncertainty, and foster innovation with integrity.
