I recently completed my Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Rabindra Bharati University Kolkata, and previously did a Bachelor's in the same field from Amity University Kolkata. Core competencies include content writing, entertainment journalism, talent acquisition and time management, aligned with a goal to secure full-time opportunities in entertainment beat or recruitment. Working at Blueapps Private Limited as an Entertainment News Writer enabled contributions to entertainment journalism, focusing on content creation and SEO-optimized articles. Leveraged strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines and deliver accurate, engaging news coverage. While interning with Aashman Foundation, it provided hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner, managing intern groups, addressing challenges, and ensuring seamless operations. Contributed to recruitment and onboarding processes, leveraging an eye for talent acquisition and effective team management. As a freelance recruiter for Bryka Group, I successfully sourced and interviewed diverse candidates, refining my talent acquisition strategies. And, successfully transitioned from freelance to a full-time role due to demonstrated effectiveness in recruitment processes.
