Pratik is building nVariant, a product adoption platform for GTM and product teams. The starting point is interactive demos with a focus on making intent and friction visible, not just clicks, but where buyers slow down, lose context, or get stuck while exploring a product. From there, nVariant is expanding into guided journeys, interactive changelogs, intelligent NPA, and onboarding guidance to bring adoption signals into one connected loop instead of scattered tools. He was part of the founding team at Zenduty, where he led growth and Developer Relations across GTM, outbound, and inbound in a technical IT incident-response/SRE category. Working closely with users and real buyer evaluation journeys, he helped scale the business from near-zero to roughly $1.8M ARR before acquisition, and directly sourced and closed 6–7 of the company9s top 10 revenue-contributing customer logos, many of which remained core revenue drivers through his last working day. signalhire+2

Prior to this, he co-founded ventures including REST App and BookYourWed, building and operating customer-facing products in early-stage environments. Those experiences shaped a practical, user-close approach to product, GTM, and adoption problems. signalhire+1
