At Svaydhaya Consulting, we partner with founders and leadership teams to solve people challenges that are, at their core, business challenges—from scaling teams to strengthening leadership and building performance-driven cultures. My work sits at the intersection of business, people, and systems. With a background spanning Finance, Human Resources, and Organization Development, I bring a structured, data-backed approach to HR design, while being deeply mindful of culture, alignment, and stakeholder dynamics. I began my career as a Chartered Accountant, working in Finance & Accounts at Tata Steel, before transitioning into Human Resources after completing my Masters in HR from TISS. I later worked as an HR Business Partner with Lodha Group and Godrej Properties, supporting large organizations through growth, change, and capability-building journeys. Today, as Co-Founder of Svadhyaya Consulting, I advise startups, scale-ups, and mid-sized organizations on: - Strategic HR advisory and fractional HR leadership - Leadership development, manager effectiveness, and coaching - Organization effectiveness, performance management, and culture - HR systems, talent architecture, and rewards design I am known for bringing a business-first yet people-sensitive lens, combining process clarity and financial discipline with the softer skills required to drive buy-in, alignment, and sustainable change.
