I’m Moktadir Rashid, a hands-on growth and community builder focused on early-stage execution—working at the intersection of community, growth, and product. I have helped launch and grow multiple early-stage brands and communities, such as scaling Momo Yummy, a cloud kitchen, to over 1,000 customers and roughly $4,000 revenue in its first year, and driving campaigns that reached over 1,000,000 impressions. Alongside my community and growth expertise, I’m skilled in UX/design and AI work, including training multiple models for frontend UI and prompt engineering. I enjoy working closely with people and problems to create meaningful digital experiences that are emotionally intelligent. I’ve supported several brands as a designer and content strategist, volunteered extensively, and led creative campaigns that build real communities.
