I work as a Fractional CTO and Operational AI Enablement and Optimization Consultant, assisting Operational Excellence, Industrial Engineering, and professional services teams in designing and stabilizing analytical and automation tools that truly last. The work consists of advanced AI-driven automation, lightweight applications, and AI-assisted workflows, focusing on maintainability, usability, and long-term sustainability for stakeholders and business partners. Since 2018, I’ve served as the technology decision authority and execution lead for end-to-end AI and automation initiatives, accountable for setting direction, selecting architectures, and driving delivery across Marketing, Sales, and BizDevOps operations. This includes architecting AI-driven automation pipelines, lightweight application layers, and digital marketing automation systems that improve speed, consistency, and decision quality across teams.
