With a solid foundation in Computer Science from NRI Institute of Technology, I've progressed to a Systems Engineer role at Atos, where my core competencies include server monitoring, mainframe operations, and the execution of weekly backups. My technical acumen spans across platforms such as IBM Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS), with a particular focus on maintaining database stability across Windows, Unix, and Linux servers. At Atos, my responsibilities extend to orchestrating conference calls with tech support and vendors, as well as collaborating with batch remediation teams to ensure seamless production operations. We leverage tools like CA-7, ESP, Control-M, TWS/OPC and JCL to maintain manufacturing schedules and uphold production server integrity. My goal is to continually foster an environment of operational excellence and drive efficiency within our team, bringing a diverse perspective to our technology-driven initiatives.
