I build things in Web3 that didn't exist before - and I run the operations that make them scale. My career has followed a deliberate arc. I started in research at TradeDog, authoring 15+ investment-grade token deep dives across DeFi, L1s, and L2s — learning how protocols actually work, not just how they're marketed. That foundation pulled me into operations at TDeFi, where I led 3 accelerator cohorts in partnership with DMCC (UAE), supported 60+ DeFi and crypto startups, ran 150+ founder diligence sessions, and designed tokenomics for 5+ incubated projects. Awards: IDOL of the Year 2023. Promoted to Ops Manager in under 18 months. Today I'm Ops Manager at TDMM, a market making firm, where I've built internal CRM infrastructure and client dashboards that surface real-time liquidity depth, spread, and inventory. Outside of that, I actively research and prototype at the intersection of DeFi and market structure - including the Pendle Yield Agent I've shared with the community. I'm most energized working at the intersection of market structure, ops, and product - where systems thinking meets something people actually use.
