Star Ah is an executive search consultant, leadership advisor, and executive coach whose career bridges military service, human capital strategy, and executive talent advisory. She brings a disciplined, research-driven approach to leadership search built on precision, clarity, and a deep passion for people. A graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and former Naval Flight Officer, Star led in complex, high-stakes environments where communication and alignment were essential. She later earned her M.S. in Human Capital Management from Columbia University, where she studied leadership, organizational performance, and the evolving dynamics of talent. Star's executive search career spans industries where leadership quality is the differentiator: aerospace and defense, technology, financial services, fintech, healthcare, energy, construction, and government contracting. She has partnered with Fortune 500 companies, PE- and VC-backed firms, and high-growth organizations to place C-suite, VP, and senior director talent across functions. Having worked at both global and boutique firms, she brings a unique perspective on scale, leadership complexity, and talent optimization.
