As the Founding Partner of Roble Ventures, I invest in early-stage startups that enable people, teams, and organizations to achieve their most ambitious work. My experience in VC comes from over 13 years at Norwest, and I have served as an investor and/or board member of various multi-billion companies that affect how people learn and work. As part of my mission to support the next generation of passionate entrepreneurs, I co-founded the Entrepreneur-in-Residence Program at Stanford, where I currently teach a course on early-stage entrepreneurship and venture capital. At Roble, we invest $200k-$2M in pre-seed to post-seed startups creating cutting-edge human enablement technologies: Workplace Productivity Solutions, Skills Development Technologies, and Employment Creation & Discovery Platforms.
