Jackson Mercuri

I am currently enrolled as a Junior at Baldwin Wallace University, pursuing a major in Finance and a minor in Business Analytics. Recently, I had the privilege of successfully completing my first internship at Woodside Health, a prominent real estate investment firm. Focused primarily on medical office buildings situated across the sunbelt states, Woodside Health specializes in value-add property investments. Throughout this experience, I had the opportunity to acquire an array of invaluable skills. These include proficiency in conducting comprehensive market research, evaluating intricate property transactions, and adeptly constructing financial models for real estate ventures. My commitment to making a meaningful impact extends beyond the confines of the classroom. Notably, I am proud of my role as the Chief Fiscal Officer on the BW Investment Club board, which entrusts students with the oversight of a substantial portfolio amounting to nearly $1 million. My dedication to enhancing leadership abilities motivated me to engage in the BW Student Government, where I actively contribute as a Student Senator within the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Further broadening my horizons, I participate in Talking Trade, a platform where students convene weekly to deliberate upon market trends and economic dynamics. Additionally, I hold the position of Finance Representative in SBAC, a newly founded school organization that strives to foster collaboration among students and faculty, ultimately advancing the quality of student life and opportunities. Above all, my passion for continuous learning fuels my drive. I approach each day with a fervor for self-improvement and embrace challenges as avenues for growth. My pursuit of refining leadership acumen and embracing increased responsibilities remains steadfast.
