With 20+ years of experience in management consulting, digital transformation, and SaaS/enterprise software, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, capital, and professional services. I’ve executed buy and build in a number of SaaS companies in GRC and document management solutions. I’ve been a Managing Director, investor, and Non-Executive Director, guiding businesses through scaling, turnarounds, and M&A. Today I focus on: Advising founders and boards of VC-backed startups on growth strategy, go-to-market execution, and fundraising. Supporting PE-backed scale-ups with value creation, operational excellence, and digital strategy. Building my angel portfolio in purpose-driven companies like Cogo (sustainability fintech), Enough Energy, XRAI Glass (AR accessibility), and Aura Life (digital life services).
