I am a perfectionist by nature. I continuously strive for the best results. I have the capacity to handle tasks and problems systematically. I get a lot of energy when I am often challenged. I am able to make decisions quickly and I prefer to make these based on data. This also helps to look at things rationally and not to let opinions and emotions dominate. If necessary, I am able to adapt my way of working to current circumstances. In managing my teams I focus strongly on people. At the same time, results are more important and I am able to choose efficiency over the people-oriented approach when asked. This is often temporary.
