I have a wide range of experience from a variety of industries, including technology, consulting, and hospitality, thanks to my professional path. At Hewlett-Packard, I excelled as a Catalogue Operations Executive, where I specialized in catalogue management and customer portal maintenance, ensured product and price accuracy in collaboration with bid desk and product manager teams. My tenure at Accenture Solutions Pvt. Ltd. further honed my skills in process improvement, where I managed global configuration creation and account migrations, consistently delivered optimal back-office support solutions. Additionally, my role in Accounts Payable at The Central Park Hotel allowed me to refine my financial oversight abilities, contributing to efficient invoice management and audit documentation reduction. My professional journey is complemented by a range of additional skills and interests. I am proficient in multiple languages, including Hindi, English, Bengali, Marathi, Punjabi and have basic knowledge of German. Technologically savvy, I have advanced skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365(CRM), Consulting, Stakeholder communication, and a working knowledge of SAP.
