As a seasoned entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in the lighting industry, I've had the privilege of building and leading successful businesses. My journey began in Sheffield, UK, where I co-founded Red Arrow Trading with my father-in-law, growing it into a trusted national lighting supplier. After selling the company in 2019, I focused on Nedlands Group and the POWER-LITE brand, which I founded in 2013. Our mission is to empower electrical contractors and electricians with expert lighting design and supply solutions. With a passion for innovation, operations, and finance, I lead the Victorian sales and distribution centre. Our dedicated team takes the time to understand clients' unique project needs, delivering tailored lighting solutions. Outside of work, I cherish my role as husband, father to four daughters, and grandfather to five wonderful kids. I believe that consistency and passion are the keys to success, and I'm excited to continue making a difference in the lighting industry.
