Humans are complex beings - we don’t run on binary code. What makes us, “me”, “you” and “we” is a tapestry of life’s experiences, biases and a concoction of what we consider right and wrong. Being in the people business, my job is to navigate through these permutations. It is hard but I love what I do, everyday. A little about me, I have been raised and educated in Dubai and consider myself lucky to have been exposed to a hotpot of diversity, both tangible and intangible. I love travelling and have a deep passion for understanding human behavior, cultural psychology, technology, sustainability, heritage and history. I also like to keep myself updated on international and current affairs. Big fan of reverse engineering and first principle thinking! So needless to say, I love to get my hands on new problems, finding ways around it and cultivating a culture of innovation around me.
