Over the past few decades I have advised over 70 companies in the tech and media sectors on transactions totalling well over $2.5b. My simple mission is to provide sage advice which entrepreneurs trust to make what is likely to be one of the most consequential decisions of their life. I’ve built my career as a corporate advisor in the technology, digital, and media sectors based on earlier foundations in technical engineering, operations, management consulting, marketing, strategy and M&A, in companies ranging from early stage start-ups (founding, advising and investing) through to multi-$bn global corporates (advising and as a senior executive). I now help companies navigate corporate transactions and capital strategy, M&A activities, strategic planning, and digital transformation.
