While serving organizations of different repute - from a start up to a well established large MNC - I got the opportunity to work in varied fields in my career. My total experience is more than 15 years and is ranging from Business Development, BPO Operations, Management Consulting, Client management, project Management and transitioning. A seasoned leader with proven abilities to engage with teams of diversified culture, I have successfully undertaken both national and International assignments in the past. While leading various businesses, I have consistently endeavored to learn quickly in order to fast engage teams to deliver operational metrics. Strong believer in developing my people to manage operations, I take pleasure in coaching, guiding and training my team members in order to deliver outstanding results. I hold degree in BE (Distinction) and post graduation in Operations Management. Besides this, alongside my work, I have also earned certification in PMP and Six Sigma.
