Started in 1992, Maggie’s is the original organic fiber apparel brand. We make socks “so good, they could be Prada” (so says The Strategist) and other soft, high-quality organic cotton and wool basics. With our Real Fair Trade pledge we work to do right by every worker in our supply chain—from farm to finished good--and you can feel it in our products. I joined Maggie's in 2023 to lead our transition to 80% employee ownership in partnership with Teamshares. Previously I spent eleven years working in growth-related roles in technology companies. I hope some of what I’ve learned can help smaller, long-established businesses continue to serve their communities while navigating this era of mounting performance pressure. I am certainly learning a lot in return!
