Building in computer use + data + healthcare Studied Symbolic Systems (AI) at Stanford University. Graduate thesis surrounding applying transformer based architectures and early foundation models to quantifying argument deliberative quality. Academic interests in Artificial Intelligence, Machine and Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Human Computer Interaction, and Computational Neuroscience. Teaching experience in Stanford's seminal Minds and Machines course as well as within Trust and Safety Engineering. Decade of experience in AI and technology including leading AI/ML models powering cloud cost forecasting for all AWS users, Mati (now MetaMap) as chief of staff and technical product manager, at Slack Technologies as a technical architect with product responsibilities, and as a Consultant Data Scientist at IBM as part of their Watson Applied AI practice. Undergraduate education with high honors from the University of Virginia in Cognitive Science (concentrating in Neuroscience and Cognitive Psychology) as well as Finance within the McIntire School of Commerce.
