Drawing on 20 years in international trade, I've been helping large importers scale rapidly by outsourcing their China supply chain operations. With deep expertise in complex sourcing operations, we have served 100+ major e-commerce leaders & retail chains across the US, Europe, and Middle East. I recently founded TariffHelp.Org, a tech platform for US importers deal with tariffs. My journey into global trade began in 2005 as a 19-year-old university student. Starting with importing fashion jewelry from China, I went from selling at campus to building an e-commerce “wholesale” operation serving retailers across the UK. The business took a leap when I developed a dropshipping system connecting resellers to our product database. In 2010, I arrived in Beijing for a 6 month adventure but fell in love with the culture & possibilities and couldn't leave. In 2011, I founded IMEX Sourcing, introducing tech-enabled solutions when the industry still relied on emails and spreadsheets. When Amazon FBA took off in 2016, we were uniquely positioned to serve e-commerce clients, significantly accelerating our growth. Today, we've evolved into a comprehensive supply chain management company, handling complex operations from securing exclusivity agreements for our clients to developing innovative products.
