Strategic Decision Advisor to Executives | Architect of AI-Era Judgement Systems | Creator of DecisionLabAI

Most AI tools help you produce answers. But leadership teams are rarely judged on answers. They are judged on decisions. Hiring the wrong executive. Entering the wrong market. Raising prices at the wrong moment. Automating the wrong workflow. The consequences rarely appear immediately. They surface months later, when reversing the decision is far more expensive. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ I work with founders, executives, and leadership teams on a problem most organizations are just beginning to face: AI is expanding capability faster than organizations are redesigning how decisions get made. That gap creates a new category of strategic risk. My work focuses on the architecture of decision-making inside organizations operating under AI acceleration. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ My background includes leadership roles across enterprise technology, SaaS, and digital media platforms including Adobe, Oracle Data Cloud, and early-stage SaaS environments. Today I advise leadership teams, institutions, and universities navigating the operational and strategic implications of AI adoption. My role is not to implement AI tools. It is to redesign how important decisions get made when AI expands the range of possible outcomes. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ This work led to the creation of DecisionLabAI. DecisionLabAI is a system that stress-tests strategic decisions before leaders commit to them. It surfaces: • hidden assumptions • second-order consequences • stakeholder impacts • strategic alternatives • conditions required for success The goal is not faster answers. The goal is higher-quality decisions. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ Because most expensive organizational failures are not technical failures. They are decision failures. ______________________________________________________________________________________________________ If you are responsible for decisions where the cost of being wrong compounds over time, we should talk. Or you can run a decision through the system directly: DecisionLabAI.com
