After a brief hiatus from the tech industry, I accepted the challenge of leading Kilterset through this next phase of growth. Our team is not only skilled in developing software and solutions but also in designing, engineering, and architecting them. The level of expertise here can sometimes trigger imposter syndrome, which is a key reason why I embraced the opportunity to guide Kilterset and bring my experience creating demand, culture, teams and growth to this proven team of wizards. My primary goal is to unlock the full potential of the business and each individual within it. The role of any good leader is to develop others and my approach to doing so remains consistent: set 'em up and get the heck out of the way. Here we grow again.
