I am excited to be part of the Career Management Center team at Kellogg. I get a chance to pursue my interest in career coaching for a diverse/multicultural population every day. I enjoy working together with full-time MBAs supporting them in their different stages of the job search process. I have worked in the field of career development within higher-ed for 20 years acquiring experience at Harvard Business School and internationally, working with Fortune 1000 companies as well as students and alumni. In my different roles, I have offered career management support for Jr. and Sr. candidates and worked closely with recruiting companies advising them on best strategies for successful MBA Recruiting. I have a deep understanding of the higher-ed space, an international perspective, and a strong interest in commonalities and differences in multicultural settings. My background includes providing career support for students and working professionals, working on career management programming, developing and implementing online resources and services, and establishing and maintaining relationships with recruiting companies.
