Uncertainty. We're all dealing with it. And for leaders, the weight of the unknown can feel like too much to bear. I am a critical thinker, someone who loves to learn, to collect and analyse ideas and use them to challenge long-held beliefs. I've always been an early adopter, writing my Computer Science thesis on AI in the 1990s before starting a web development business back when some doubted if the Internet would take off. For 25+ years I’ve been challenging leaders to think differently. I am optimistic about what's to come, because I know we all get to choose and create our future. Great minds don’t think alike. The best organisations champion flexibility by amplifying diverse perspectives that expand our thinking. I love working with leaders who are ready to embrace this approach to be and do better.
