I come from two generations of gem setters and have spent 15+ years in luxury jewelry manufacturing. Today, I act as a consultant and operating partner to fine & high jewelry brands, covering the full chain from product offering to production to merchandising. I help leadership teams shape coherent collections, align price/quality targets, secure supplier and workshop execution, and deliver pieces that meet both brand standards and commercial expectations. I’m the founder of Coradam and IOnaute. Coradam supports brands with on-the-ground quality control, production audits, corrective action follow-up, supplier/workshop coordination, and team training—so quality and delivery become consistent. IOnaute builds tools for reporting and traceability, bringing clarity to product and production data and keeping teams aligned from design to delivery. I also launched Coradam Green, providing biodegradable zippered pouches for the jewelry industry. Typical missions include: product architecture and assortment strategy (hero pieces, entry points, pricing ladders), collection and launch readiness, supplier/workshop reset, standards and QC systems, production stabilization, and merchandising optimization (assortment, story, in-store presentation). I share field insights on product offering, manufacturing execution, quality systems, supplier performance, merchandising, and traceability in the jewelry supply chain.
