Sharif Abdelrazeq is a visionary civil engineer and business transformation expert with a passion for sustainability and social responsibility. He has successfully driven digital transformation and process optimization in various industries, including construction, agriculture, and supply chain management. Currently, Abdelrazeq serves as the Senior Director of Digital Development at Fresh Del Monte Group, where he is working to redefine the possibilities for the agriculture and supply chain management industries. Abdelrazeq's achievements include being selected as a cost engineer amongst a team of five experts to advise executive management of a multinational construction company on the financial status and steering strategies of a $1.8 billion multipurpose project in Kazakhstan. Through blending his corporate experience with his entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving, Abdelrazeq succeeded in launching several innovative projects such as KART, an IoT wearable solution that aims to digitize construction management, and iBooth, an e-commerce marketplace empowering businesswomen and SMEs in the Gulf Region. His most recent venture, Kaek Blady, is a fast-growing social enterprise that employs 30 female refugees from across Jordan and focuses on healthy living and cultural preservation. Abdelrazeq is a recognized leader in the global community and is an active member of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community. He was selected as the first non-Kazakh Curator of the Astana hub in Kazakhstan and was later selected as the youngest Millennium Leadership Fellow at the Atlantic Council. Abdelrazeq is part of the founding team of the Alumni Board of the Fellowship. His global leadership engagements include his selection as a Youth Shadow Board Member of a publicly traded company in Oman. In pursuit of his commitment to unlocking human potential through increasing access to opportunity, Abdelrazeq aspires to create 10,000 job opportunities by 2030 for members of under-served communities. Abdelrazeq holds a degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech, he completed advanced business programs at INSEAD and Harvard Business School.
