Adarsh Mishra is the Founder and Global Principal Consultant of Adarsh Mishra & Company (AM & Co.), a global content consulting firm that advises multinational corporations, public figures, and institutions on long-term media strategy and leadership positioning. Through AM & Co., Mishra works with a select set of clients to build durable authority and sustained mindshare among high-value audiences, treating content and media as strategic assets rather than short-term communication tools. He began his career in 2016 as an independent content creator, gaining first-hand insight into how content is produced, distributed, and scaled. Over time, he went on to hold strategic roles across several of India’s most influential modern media properties, including The Ranveer Show, Figuring Out, Josh Talks and the Josh Talks Podcast, and WTF, while also advising global brands and multinational firms.
