With a decade of entrepreneurial experience across very different startups and 100% of my skills developed in the workplace rather than via traditional education, I owe everything I have learned to incredible mentors who helped me find my way. I founded Reddy to provide that same level of empowerment, at scale, using an AI platform that turns rookie hires into all-stars. To transform the way people learn and perform at work, we've created and connected tools that train employees before, during, and after their on-the-job responsibilities. Focusing on sales and customer support, these include realistic training simulations, live assistants, and automated quality assurance that bring conversational intelligence and talent optimization under one roof. The magic of Reddy is in providing an incredibly easy setup for businesses, oftentimes in under five minutes, while also creating a fun and impactful UX for our end-users. Before founding Reddy, I was the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of MYX, a higher-ed alternative that created in-person campuses for online learners. I witnessed firsthand how much time, effort and money can go into training content created by the top universities and companies in the world... but when shoved into an LMS and given to an online learner, most everyone clicks through as fast as possible. Most executives I talk to say, "Yeah, I do the same thing when I get assigned training." As a founder, I set the company's vision, strategy, and culture while leading product development, sales, and fundraising efforts. My early career years spent building films and franchises at entertainment startups greatly informed my desire to work with creative executives, and the great joy of each day is imagining what the future of professional development can look like during this time of boundless opportunity. I believe in creating a diverse, inclusive, and collaborative environment that matches the product we are creating: one where everyone can thrive and grow.
