I’m Surendra Kumar, currently pursuing my Master’s in Organization Development, Change, and Leadership (ODCL) at TISS Mumbai. With 3.5+ years of industry experience at Reliance Industries and Aarti Industries, I bring deep expertise in procurement strategy, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional execution. At Reliance, I led high-impact cost-saving initiatives (₹7.9 Cr), vendor management, and team leadership across 52+ sites. At Aarti, I optimized the P2P cycle, built training systems, and drove system enhancements by connecting operational insights with human-centered problem-solving. My growing interest in human systems, leadership development, and organizational change brought me to ODCL. I’m passionate about helping organizations become agile, inclusive, and future-ready through systems thinking, cultural alignment, and transformational design.
