As a postgraduate student in English Language and Literature, I have built my academic and professional journey around understanding people, communication, and the ways individuals interact within larger social and organizational systems. My experience includes academic research, published papers, conference presentations, and coordinating international student engagement initiatives, all of which have strengthened my skills in communication, stakeholder coordination, research, and problem-solving. These experiences sparked a growing interest in Human Resources, where people, strategy, and organizational success intersect. I have completed the HRCI Human Resource Associate (HRA) certification, strengthening my foundation in talent acquisition, employee engagement, workplace communication, and HR operations. I am passionate about creating positive employee experiences, building meaningful workplace relationships, and contributing to organizational growth through people-focused HR practices.
